Between April and June, 2006, I worked on several things in my house in order to prepare it for selling it.   Of
course, I needed help to take care of the more technical things.   And some unexpected things naturally popped
up while working on it.   For example, we discovered termite damage along the south side of the side both in the
kitchen wall and the easement/overhang.   Fortunately, it was relatively localized and we only needed to replace
the damaged wood.   So, if you click on the "Pictures" link, you will see the before and after images of the work.
